Candy A. Monster

First monster finished!! Candy A. Monster was made for Emma my sweet little girl. I used Polka

held two strand together. I really love this yarn! The colorway is Cotton Candy. Shades of Pink,Red and Blue. The pattern was Albert The Absent-Minded Monster from Danger Crafts. I love Danger Craft patterns, they are really well written and are just soooo cute!

Valentine Colorway

Today is the first day in about a week we have seen the sun. So I have been in gloomy grey weather for quite awhile and it so made me come up with this uber bright Valentine's Day colorway! I love all shades of red and pink and the orange just makes it feel so fun. I wanted to stay away from traditional colors of red, white and pink cause that is expected. I hope you like it. I think I am going to have to knit some socks out of this to wear on those grey days or whenever I am feeling down. So far I have it on the Twist Sock base but am hoping to do the other sock bases and maybe even some worsted and dk.

Countdown to Christmas Vacation

Emma is ready for Christmas!!! I am ready for no school for 2 weeks! Every Morning

I get up at 5:30 to start cooking Lunch and Breakfast for the girls at 6:30 am. I have to wake up and have coffee before I can cook. The good thing is my kids eat really well and take a nice hot lunch to school. But it makes for a tired mom come Friday. I have so many fun things planned to do with the kids and we may even get to go out to lunch! Heaven!
